Buchromb House

Buchromb House in Aberdeenshire was built in about 1813 by Sir Peter Stark Lumsden, from the line of Pitcaple, the house was destroyed by fire in 1952. Demolished c1969
 

  • Setting: Situated near Dufftown in the historic locality of Midtown of Buchromb (AB55 4BL).

  • Current Status: Listed as a lost country house; features like the old walled garden and surrounding Buchromb Wood still mark the historic estate landscape.
